Starting Monday, March 16, 2020 and until further notice, High Velocity Sports located at 46245 Michigan Ave. in Canton, MI will be offering a drive through free lunch for anyone in need from 11:00am-1:00pm, Monday-Friday. Cars can pull up to the front door and a sack lunch or lunches will be delivered to the vehicle. Each lunch will consist of a peanut butter and jelly (or jelly only) sandwich, a bag of chips, a piece of fruit, and a juice box. Those without a car may come in the building to the front office to request a lunch no questions asked.
"We understand that many children and families depend on meals provided by schools and other resources and want to ensure that everyone around us has access to food during this uncertain time," said Bryan Finnerty, CEO and Owner of High Velocity Sports. The lunch program is an effort to help support the very communities that have supported HVS for the past 20 years and is NOT limited to Canton residents. Instead, it is open, as is all of our programming, to everyone.
Please feel free to call (734) 487-7678 with any questions. We wish everyone health and strength during this difficult time.
